Hivehome - Smarthome & Ecotech

Hive was transitioning from being a smart thermostat company to an eco-tech home energy management company by introducing electric vehicle charging, solar power, heat pumps and energy optimisation.

The project

As part of the Hive app overhaul, I worked with the product team and mobile engineers to transform the smarthome app into a home energy management platform ready to support new products and data views.
